They tried to charge me for the full cost of my appointments ONE YEAR I had already paid the co-pay. And when I refused, they threatened to send my bill to the collectors. I ended up having to re-file their claims against my insurance for them. The process was made more stressful because they keep insisting I pay the full amount even when it was their ineptitude that caused them to file the claims incorrectly which caused my insurance to remove their payments in the first place.
