Finally, got back to us. Turns out Bunnings or the intermediary business that organises the job was the problem
Useless, we paid $1100 for an install through Bunnings after purchasing an air conditioner. Had to wait 10 days before they were available. Didn't turn up and didn't answer calls. A complete waste of time and money...go elsewhere.
