This comment is from a friend who lives here. Absolutely horrid. DO NOT LIVE HERE. “Sorry, it’s a rant. I have never been so infuriated in my life. My apartment flooded again last Wednesday so bad there was literally STANDING WATER in every single room. Everything on my floor, including nearly every pair of shoes I have here, my computer charger and my Bach Sonatas and Partitas has been ruined. This place is absolutely terrible!! Our water gets cut off every other week often without notice. The front desk staff is rude and don’t return phone calls. My car was broken into and they have no surveillance cameras, and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. If your thinking of living at the cliffs I would reconsider.
The location, amenities and responsiveness of Management (Holly and Ann) and their Maintenance staff make The Cliffs Apartments in Clifton (Fka: McAlpin Apartments) an excellent place to live. They've done an excellent job maintaining the properties, and the apartments have recently been remodeled throughout. Not to mention they've as well made improvements not only to the apartments, but hallways and parking lot as well. They keep this place updated and make it a hassle-free place to reside!
