Would give negative stars if I could. My rental of company used the “Cleaning Pros” and it was the worst experience. Our home wasn’t move in ready so the company called them back to redo everything. Light switches were dirty and had some sort of crust on them. Tops and handles of cabinets were still dirty. The previous tenant had a dog and there was dog pee on cabinet doors. I recently had a move out clean done on my home and was very impressed! The ladies were able to clean the oven door that I had scrubbed at for a while and it looked brand new again. The windows were also cleaned very well. Scheduling and follow up with Ramona were easy. The house will look great for showings now, I would definitely recommend them as they did a great job!
Terrible. Even worse customer service. Called the owner and she accused me of wanting a “brand new house” and “it takes a couple times to get fully clean” and “they can’t take everything apart and put it back together”. We got the deep clean service and it was far from a deep clean. Not really sure what they did for three hours. Do not recommend!!! Over charged and under-delivered. See pictures

The BEST cleaning service I have ever used! Great value for the money, friendly, professional and highly competent! Definitely will be using their services again!
