We have been using The Cleaning Girl since last fall! We were so pleased with how clean our house looked that now we book monthly Deluxe cleanings! The girls are efficient and hardworking and will leave no stone unturned in your house. The cost is definitely worth it! Even though the app can be glitchy, it is nice to be able to book through the app. You can also track the girls as they arrive, clean, and leave your house! I haven't regretted our decision to use this company one bit. You'll love The Cleaning Girl!
Disappointed that the cost of the service went up, but only one person was sent to clean. The young lady sent here was very nice and worked very hard, but could not get to the detail in the six rooms in the time allotted.
An excellent experience. We had a glitch with the app and a re-schedule with a snow-storm but when I reached out to them with the issues, they immediately and enthusiastically responded. I think you can best evaluate a company when things go a bit awry and The Cleaning Girl earned my trust and won me as a customer. They did a thorough, excellent job - beyond my expectations and I will be using them again.
