I highly recommend The Cleaning authority! I have been using their service since 3-26-13. They do a great job, it's nice to come home to a clean home after a long day. Their staff is very polite when running into them, and detail oriented. If they miss a spot they make a note and get it the next time. They are very well priced and it has nicely fit into my budget. Also if I need an extra cleaning they find a way to get me in the schedule.
Actually clean the house. Have had poor cleaning on multiple visits.
The crews that come to "clean" the home have consistently done a poor job. On over a dozen occasions I've gotten locked out of the house, when the instructions are clear in all caps what NOT to do. I've put up with this and other minor issues for almost two years now... but today put it over the edge. I have no idea what is wrong with the people that came today, but they took all my hygiene products-- including my $200 electric toothbrush -- and thew in the cabinet under the sink. They have done a consistently thorough cleaning of our home for the last several years. They are totally dependable and I know I will return to a fresh, clean home every time. Recently Team 2, Dena and Brianna C, were the ones who cleaned and I am happy to report the same great results as usual. Keep up the good work and we will continue to be customers.

Your girls Dena and Brianna C are a delight when they clean our home. They are positive, efficient, pleasent, thorough and great with our two dogs.
Dena, Jeff, and Brianna, Team 2 did Clean A in our house on Friday, July 21. They did a thorough job of this Initial Clean, and we are very pleased. We want to thank them all for working so hard and doing such a great job. We also want to acknowledge their supervisor, Cindy, who visited us a day after the clean to help resolve a couple of minor issues.
