I worked here for two years. Not only did I love my coworkers, but the management was also fantastic. I recently had shoulder surgery a few weeks ago, and I needed extra help around my house because of the surgery, as I can't do as much. Thank you so much for all of the help since I can't do as much cleaning as I used to right now. Not only did they clean the house for me but they treated my animals very well. I would use this company more, very professional and reasonable prices!
NEVER USE THE CLEANING AUTHORITY!!! THEY MADE A FALSE CPS CALL TO HAVE OUR KIDS TAKEN DUE TO ALLEGING OUR CHILDREN LIVE IN FILTH! WHAT HAVE WE PAID THEM FOR FOR THE PAST 8 YEARS IF THEY AREN'T CLEANING AND WE AREN'T PICKING UP FOR THEM TO DO THEIR JOB!?! We've just terminated our service with them. They have come to our home EVERY 2 WEEKS for 8 years! Great service
We love the rotation cleaning schedule with TCA. They do a maintenance cleaning of the whole house each time but detail a couple focus area in particular. Nadia, Carlos, and Conny are so fast and thorough!
After posting a well deserved 5 star review of The Cleaning Authority in December 2024, unfortunately our experience with their house cleaning services has deteriorated. In March, they did such a poor job, we decided to terminate doing business with them. Kudos to their operations manager, Kaeden, who reached out to us to try to remedy the situation.
