I initially left a positive review in hopes that it would encourage better service, but unfortunately my experience has been consistently subpar—especially for a brand that prides itself on being “detailed.” We’ve had repeated issues with missed basics—things like not vacuuming, not dusting under the bed, and leaving showers visibly unclean, trash not taken out... Team 4 was very thorough, and, cleaned everything that should be cleaned, and mopped everything that should be mopped, vacuum everything that should be vacuumed. Good job, I was very happy,

Cleaning services have been less than desirable with the team they sent. I know I’m picky, but they aren’t completing the focused areas any more than regular cleanings. Had to request they dust all items on the dressers as specified in the agreement. She said no and when I said yes, she then tossed a picture frame on the bed and dusted. After I called management, she received a call and walked around the house “loudly talking” on the phone. I was told I misinterpreted her passionate tone because I don’t speak Spanish.
