First of all, of the cleaning companies out there Lori was the only one to return our phone calls. We had a mess from sanding down our kitchen cabinets. She stopped by (with her mask on) and gave us a rough idea on the amount of time she thought it would take. Her hourly rates are very reasonable. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Our floors are so clean they squeak! Thank you, Lori, The Cleaning Authority, and your crew for your professionalism and outstanding work.
