RecommendedI highly recommend The Cleaning Authority and have been particularly pleased with Jax and Shast on Team #16!! If you are looking for a thorough clean, Jax is your girl! She even vacuums the back of my upholstered chairs leaving everything looking immaculate. And she is always upbeat and friendly but doesn't waste time in idle chit chat. Shast even mopped my hallway on her way out, making sure to leave no footprints! These two are amazing! Thank you so much, Jax and Shast for going the extra mile to make me feel cared for!

I have had the best experience with Jax and Shasta cleaning my home! They are so thorough and go the extra mile to make my home perfect to come home to! They have been amazing with my dog, Harley, and have worked around me during this COVID closure of my school when they were able to come back to work and I’m still at home. They are wonderful!

We like the employees who come to clean our home. Jax has been an outstanding person at not only cleaning, but also training new employees. Today Shasta was following her advice and doing a fine job.
