This is a great cleaning company. They were very quick and efficient and the staff they sent were very friendly and professional. I LOVE all their green products that they use. You have made a regular customer out of me!!! I highly recommend if anyone is looking for a house cleaning company

Just had our first cleaning and we were really impressed. My house smelled great (no bleach etc) and they really went above and beyond my expectations. I was so excited to see they vacuumed the dining room chairs. They leave a cleaning report with an itemized list of what they did and the room of focus on that rotation. The report also includes the next cleaning date and room of focus. Our cleaning team were also really nice. We're glad to have the cleaning authority helping us.
I have been a customer for 2 years and love the girls who have been here to clean. However, when I attempted to reschedule a cleaning, there was a communication issue with the manager Melissa who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak with the owner, Mark Silver, and was informed that he doesn't come in. I requested a call from the owner, and never heard from him.
