RecommendedI have been using Cleaning Authority for nearly 10 years. They are very professional, use environmentally friendly products and are very flexible with scheduling. I trust the teams that they send. Yesterday, Tyeisha and Melissa cleaned my house and did a fantastic job!! Thank you, Rosemarie B.
RecommendedI have been using The Cleaning Authority for many years now. They do a fabulous job. They are flexible on scheduling, use environmentally safe products and have a great rotating schedule on deep cleaning that ensures your whole house is always in top notch shape. The ladies are always so friendly and they do such a thorough job. Last Friday I had Shanice and Suzy who cleaned my whole house and did a fantastic job. Everything was spotless and it smelled so good when I came back home. Thank you ladies for your great service!
RecommendedWe had Jessica a small Shanice come today and they did a fabulous job cleaning the house. I recommend Cleaning Authority South Charlotte as a reliable and professional company. The cleaning crews have always been polite and hard working.
RecommendedI love them. Same team comes every time. They keep excellent notes on what is important to me. Very receptive to feedback. 4 1/2 years, very satisfied.
We had our home cleaned yesterday and are not happy at all. Over charged by and hour and requested a deep clean and didn't even get a regular clean per their checklist. I've sent and email and no reply and we also have a broken wood blind .
RecommendedThe communication has been great and I enjoy coming home to a clean house!
