I have been using The Cleaning Authority for many years now. They do a fabulous job. They are flexible on scheduling, use environmentally safe products and have a great rotating schedule on deep cleaning that ensures your whole house is always in top notch shape. The ladies are always so friendly and they do such a thorough job. Last Friday I had Shanice and Suzy who cleaned my whole house and did a fantastic job. Everything was spotless and it smelled so good when I came back home. Thank you ladies for your great service!

We had our home cleaned yesterday and are not happy at all. Over charged by and hour and requested a deep clean and didn't even get a regular clean per their checklist. I've sent and email and no reply and we also have a broken wood blind �.
The communication has been great and I enjoy coming home to a clean house!
