Update six months later: The Cleaning Authority is still awesome thanks to Hollie, Ada, and Team 3. They are welcome in my home. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority (Mentor). I’ve had several great cleaning teams over the years. Hollie and Veronica are great representatives of the company. They are hard workers, good natured, and good communicators. Matt runs a solid reliable company and obviously has a knack for hiring great people. I am so happy with the quality cleaners and the cleaning rotation.
