Honestly, I couldn't imagine a worse experience with a company. Our first clean was wonderful. After that, things went downhill quickly. Many of our things were broken, and hidden throughout our home, so we wouldn't notice. Things on desks were vacuumed up and taken. The areas we paid to have "deep cleaned" weren't even vacuumed. Each time we reached out, Olga, the manager, couldn't have been more rude. Constantly lying, and then changing her story each time to avoid doing anything to help customers. The office gave me an arrival time when she should have mentioned it was a time "range" so I could plan our appt's around it. I left their tip on the counter when they left and they didn't see it. I think they were mad about it because they opened the bags of trash and dumped everything in our large recycle bin outside, so I had to spend an hour getting it all out and placing it back in bags then rinsing out the bin. Just got back from vacation; it felt great to walk into our spotless condo and not have any housekeeping to do. The Cleaning Authority Crew (Antoine and Kyle) did their regular great job. The crew is always timely and thorough, and we really appreciate that.

We had such a great cleaning crew and experience at first...We stopped our service due to Covid and had it restarted. Our prices increased from 80 a week to 118 a week and the customer service level dropped to zero. The ladies did a decent job cleaning but the owner Anthony has become incredibly rude and short. We only wanted to set a time for our cleaning that would be the same each week or be notified before the day of our cleaning what time the cleaners would be coming.
