In this case, we felt it was best to not return to re-clean because of the active police report filed. We were more than willing to cooperate with the police during this time, and when we were able to obtain the report, it was closed and there was no conclusive evidence that our Professional Housecleaners were at fault. We were very pleased with the service we received from the Cleaning Authority! They showed up on time and were very thorough. They even had two inspection teams come out to make sure the job was done right. First rate!
I was moving out of an apartment so I called Cleaning Authority and booked an appointment. There were two ladies who came with all the supplies, cleaning clothes and liquids. They cleaned it so well as if no one ever lived in that place before. I would definitely call them again for my new place.
SO glad I made the choice to call this company. My house is generally picked up, but with a busy schedule taking the time to dust and scrub things they way it needs hasn't been a priority. Team 9 did an amazing job today.
This service does a fabulous job on our house! They cleaned the baseboards with a TOOTHBRUSH and cleaned the drains in our bathroom sinks sparkly clean. I'm beyond impressed. Unbeatable service for the cost!

I was happy to accommodate Ms. Paris’ request for a Same Day, In-home estimate appointment at 6:00 PM, and Next Day service. I did so because she was requesting Bi-weekly service and needed her home cleaned before the birthday party she was planning for her daughter’s 1st Birthday. Today was our first cleaning with them and we where more than impressed. After having gone through friends of friends or family and a couple of swings and misses with Craig's list we finally decided to go with a professional company. Wish we would have done it sooner. Team 9 did a great job.
