My husband was home this time instead of me, so I’m not sure what they focused on, but everything looks good!
This was my first cleaning with the cleaning authority and they were awesome! I was impressed with their teamwork including the manager Bernice. She stopped by to make sure all was good. I recommend this company for your cleaning job. And my house smells amazingly clean
They don't give you the correct training and then they penalize you by firing you during the less than 2 weeks training where they don't even teach you everything you need to know and someone training I'll call her M purposely taught me the wrong things so that her cousin / friend could get my position and they're not even following the specific way to clean correctly as they told me and one of their cleaners is doing some cleaning on the side and that's against the rules. They did a great job! I was very happy .
Great work! My house is old with dust-catching hardwood floors and lots of woodwork. It's dust-free and spotless today after the team finished my regular biweekly cleaning!
