I have been more or less happy with the work the ladies have done, minus a couple plants knocked over. I think they are expected to work very quickly. However, Sunday night we came home after being away for 5 days and found that they had left our back door wide open--not locked and not even closed. The door opens into a room with an expensive Steinway grand piano (now drastically out of tune, since it was quite cold over the weekend) and some fussy orchids. Sloppy – Wonderful job the first couple of times they came, after that it has dropped off. Times and dates are inconsistent and the team is always different. Each time they come they do not complete the entire checklist even though they say they do. The cleaning that they do is usually sloppy. I pay the total bill plus a tip which I am regretting now. Thinking of hiring someone else.

Service not as stated in contract – I changed to the Cleaning Authority several years ago with the understanding that they charge more, but deliver better service. My husband and I have been very disappointed in the service. The 'hand wiped' means a feather duster and if something is not removed with the duster, there is no effort made to clean with soap and water. After repeated issues with our team, we finally decided to locate another service.

Terrible cleaning and definitely not a clean guarantee – I was so excited when I meet with the cleaning authority, they listed everything I would need cleaned and more I loved there schedule. Too bad when they came for the first initial deep clean it was less than satisfactory. There were still cobwebs, dust and definitely not up to par. Well since it was a Friday they couldn't come out until Monday to see if it was terrible. So Monday they come and agree that the cleaning was not acceptable. A great company to work with! – I've had nothing but good experiences with The Cleaning Authority. They cleaned our house for several years before the economy tanked, and now I've been fortunate enough to be able to hire them back and the owern, Will, is still a delight to work with. If there's a problem (and any problem has always been very small and due to my personal preferences) Will is very responsive and accomodating. I'm happy to have such a clean house again!

Great job – Just wanted to say a quick thanks. Sharon and Felicia have been doing a great job. Many times I am not here and it is nice to come home and know everything looks great. My neighbors are looking for someone to come in and clean their house and I definitely recommend you guys! Thanks for a great job done!
