While I wanted to give a great review for the few times they did a good job, we have complained many times to the manager about how they cleaned our bathroom with our own towels we use to shower? And how we've had to schedule 2 re cleans. Some of the girls were so nice and helpful while others were rude and quite unprofessional! I have been so impressed with the cleaning authority every clean we have had and love the affordability! Madi & Macee do such an amazing job. As a mom of three, we have a busy schedule and having them come help clean has been a lifesaver for our family, now we get to spend our time doing family activities instead of deep cleaning the house. Highly recommend!
The Fenton staff goes above and beyond.in their service. My house is thoroughly cleaned by very professional and pleasant people.
Do not put your credit card on file with this company! They charged me double what they quoted me. Every time I called someone different answered the phone. Each employee told me something different. When I spoke to the manager, he could not tell me why I was charged double the amount I was quoted and made no attempt to investigate. He did agree and apologize to me about the lack of communication and then told me he was NOT going to honor the quote price and charged my card on file double regardless.
