I was originally told they would do their initial cleanings A & * all on one day. I agreed to the very high price. When the cleaners arrived they handed me a form that said they were only cleaning A that day. I explained it was supposed to be A & *. I emailed *** to let her know that the initial clean * was not done. She came back and wanted me to outline what parts of the * clean wasn't done and said I was charged the right amount because they were there for the amount of time it would take to clean A & *. I paid for full detailed cleaning and they did not clean the house as agreed. The fans were dirty, areas on the floor were not cleaned, furniture was not clean. I sent them the pictures and they offered me a $10 credit for a $370 bill. They refused to come back and clean saying they will charge me for someone to come and clean what they missed. I am not happy that they are not providing quality service as advertised in the business. It's a rip off.

I notified you of half the cleaning not completed. I also notified you of all blinds, all furniture not cleaned as requested. The phone call was made when the cleaning crew was leaving at 1.11 pm to enquire if they had left. Please do not lie about this. I have **** using The Cleaning Authority for 15 years and never encountered this before. The Cleaning Authority is amazing! Their system is, by far, the best in the industry and their quality of service is simply unsurpassed. THE CLEANING AUTHORITY SENT AMATEURS AND CHARGED FOR A PROFESSIONAL CLEANING. Although they state detail clean on the 1st two cleans, Simple tasks were not completed.
