Cross posting on multiple platforms because my experience was so awful. After packing most of my parents house in Spicewood Texas, I hired the cleaning authority for a deep clean. If they would have done even a standard cleaning job I would give them 3+ stars ⭐️. Unfortunately they did a horrible job. Simple things tasks like vacuuming and cleaning the tile floors were not done well. Mind you, there are two dogs who also live at the house. RecommendedThe gals who clean our house twice a month are reliable, thorough, and flexible since I alternate doing upstairs floor (and am charged accordingly of course). When they weren’t coming at the start of COVID crisis I came to appreciate them even more. Cleaning is not my thing but it is theirs!!

This is a new hire for me after more than twenty years with another company. Rosita and Maria came for the initial cleaning and did a fabulous job! If this is the quality I can expect going forward I will be a very happy customer.

We’ve been using The Cleaning Authority for quite awhile now and having been in quarantine was quite the reminder of how great it is to have someone come in, even just twice a month. They’ve done routine cleanings and deep cleanings for us, both which we have been happy with. They do a fantastic job and worked with us on our budget. Ivonne and Martin did an outstanding job and made my old apartment look like a new apartment! They made the kitchen and bathroom look clean and new. I can't say enough good things about their efforts. I think they should get a bonus!!! :-)
