I "had" an appt / arrival time with this company for TODAY!! 12-2 THEY WERE A "NO SHOW"/ NO CALL (I called to find out where they were and they tell ME - MY SCHEDULE "ARRIVAL" TIME IS 3-5!!?? I HAD A 1ST TIME DEEP CLEAN SCHEDULED TODAY!! I'm sorry, but imo, when you scheduled this it was in MY opinion, that you all were going to KEEP your "appt"!! I guess what MY expectations are and yours are completely DIFFERENT AND ALLLL THOSE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT!! YOUR COMPANY SUX!!

I have been a customer of The Cleaning Authority for several years. The new owners as of late 2018 David and Rochelle Johnston are very professional and always trying to make their customers happy. I must add that CLAUDIA has been the primary cleaning expert assigned to us for many years. She is amazing at her job. She definitely deserves 5 out of 5 stars. About 4 weeks ago one of my family members was set up for an estimate to have his house cleaned, no one showed. Wanting to give them another chance, another appointment was set up for an estimate...the employee showed up that time and a cleaning was scheduled for yesterday (08/14/18) between 10:00 and 10:30am. My family member sat there waiting all day for the cleaners to come and no one showed.
