So grateful for the TCA team for cleaning my apartment! They were able to get me scheduled quickly and did a great job for the first deep clean! Thanks Marizol and Frances!
3/18/2026 2 ladies 1 1/2hrs (12-1:20) It wasn't the usual cleaning that I'm used to. The 2 cleaners spent less than 1 1/2hrs on a 3,000sq ft 3 bath home. They seemed rushed. Neither spoke or understood English, so it was hard to communicate. My home looks nice, but not the sparkly that I've come expect the last 6years. This is the only time I've been disappointed. I certainly don't mean to hurt these ladies in anyway, they were nice. But they left without saying goodbye, so I wasn't able to give them a tip.

TCA really takes pride in their work, and hires the best staff. Lety, Melissa, and Cruz are a wonderful team. They are pleasant, happy, and you can feel it when you open the door. Thank you!
Team was always on time and did very detailed work. Additionally, there were times that I was not able to be home at there scheduled time but I felt more than comfortable having them on my home with nobody there. They do a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. Lastly, my personal opinion.... remember that it is perfectly acceptable to tip them, especially around the holidays!
