We have used The Cleaning Authority for about 3-4 years now. We have always had good service and reliability. The cleaning crews vary, sometimes with 2-3 people, but I think this helps the company ensure reliability. I also love that they have a rotation to deep clean certain items & areas. They even vacuum the couch and recliners! Management has changed recently, but so far, Mr Zubair the owner/manager has maintained the quality of service and he is a very nice guy. This was our first cleaning with this company. The crew did a lovely job but arrived about an hour before the time window and caught me freshly out of the shower and undressed. We’ll use them again and hopefully have better communication . I did notify the company of the issue but have not yet received a reply Our second cleaning experience was great! Solved the timing issues
