I just hate to leave a bad review but our service has been so unprofessional it’s almost humorous, like we’re on the show punked. Left many messages with no return calls, No show, no call on house cleaning Days. The last time they were here they didn’t mop the bathroom floor. It’s so inconsistent and unprofessional it’s almost funny. I’ve left several messages for the management and the owner to call me. Nothing yet!
The Cleaning Authority has been fantastic! We have used them for years. Maria T and Luisa most recently did a great job to make sure our house is clean and safe. Thank you!

I posted a rave review of the first-time cleaning. After that, things went quickly downhill. They did not move furniture to vacuum underneath, clean baseboards, blinds, any of the items THEY list on THEIR OWN contract. They (2 employees) were out of our 4800 sf home in 2 hours. This left us paying $125/hr to have house not cleaned. The employees were certainly pleasant enough, but the management would not answer our phone calls to remedy the problem - either adjust the rate, or perform the cleaning as described.
