I've been a customer at The Cleaners of Keller for the past 5 years. Everyone I've met from the owner to the last staff member is top notch. The customer service is second to none. They are also active in our community and do a lot of good for folks in Keller. I won't give my business to anyone else.

I took a uniform blouse in to have it ONLY pressed. Came back with collar badly scorched and they tried to say it's due to glue from the manufacturer. They scorched my blouse and did not even try to do over, nor did the owner Darrell or anyone take ownership of the MISTAKE. It's not fair that we trust them with our clothes and if they ruin them, even by mistake, it's "I don't know what to tell you" is all I received..and this is the owner saying this! Shame on you sir!!!
Don’t use this place; they have no attention to detail and management is always out to lunch if you any problem with their services. Cleaning is below par and communication w customers is nonexistent. When they lose your clothes they ignore it hoping you will go away.
They lost my shirt and have spent 3 weeks avoiding me. I still have not been contacted despite leaving numerous messages; it seems only a lawsuit will get their attention.
Hired me then fired me a week later. I told them ahead of time I will be traveling in may and in June.. they still hired me and trained me. Then they let me go because of that.
They're the best cleaners around wish they would expand internationally.
