The furniture we purchased is excellent. However, communication is poor. We ordered the furniture on April and we were told that it would arrive mid-July. We received no communication unless I called, which I did...I got an insincere apology and said they would look into it and let me know. After a week, I called back and they said they were still waiting for some of the furniture to arrive to the ware house and they would follow up. I waited until August and had to call back AGAIN. Own was delivered when expected and in perfect condition.
You guys were just great no hassle no problems.
There was a piece missing from the assembly package. I sent an email to customer service. They contacted the manufacturer and had a new package sent. We love our table, and we hope to get many years service from it. It is a beautiful and sturdy piece of furniture, while also being stylish in design.
Took a little long from order to delivery but we'll worth the wait. Love the Bolanburg furniture superb quality...
Our couch is huge and exceptional quality. I truly love the "faux" leather better than the genuine leather we've had before. Delivery went smoothly and it's held up to our toddlers for 6 months now except 1 little thread pull.
Shipment was quick and packed so that NOTHING was broken. The two men that delivered the furniture were great! Thanks for all you did to help us get the furniture that we wanted!
