Great Job!!! Until i made the decision which Living Room set to buy was a nightmare, always thinking maybe i can find something better & nicer for less... you know...$$$ But after settling for the "Contemporary - Brilliant White Living Room Set" from The Classy Home i can say i'm really happy, and when i say happy i mean it. Worst Experience ....don't buy anything It's been a bad experience on my purchase of sofa and Love seat.I received the shipment after 30 days of placing order.More over there was a missing item in the shipment.I had to call them again for missing product.The customer service is very bad.They never respond to the queries.They are not flexible at all.I still have not received the missed item.I would not recommend this for any purchase.
Miss-ing furniture We ordered something 2 months ago and we have been charged for it and have yet to receive it. Delays were caused because they said they received the furniture damaged. I am starting to even wonder if I will ever see my furniture. Then they told me if I receive anything damaged they would not be able to help me. I won't do business with them again!
A+++++++++++ I recently purchased a kids bedroom set online from The Classy Home I couldn't be more pleased the whole process was so easy and fast. The furniture is incredible and everyone who sees it thinks that it cost much more than it did. I was so pleased with this experience. It is one of the best sites that I have found for furniture and I'm sure that I will use it many times.
BUY ELSEWHERE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ORGANIZATION! I ordered a NEW TV console but Classy Home shipped me a REFURBISHED one instead. I ordered two items that came on the same pallet. The first was a chair that came in a new box that had never been opened. The second (TV console) came in a box that had holes, nearly collapsed and had been opened (several times) and taped back together. Great Prices and Very Good Service I live in Mobile, AL and just recieved my Ashley Furniture living room set from "The Classy Home" (located in NYC) and was very happy with the service and delivery. I had gone to the local Ashley store and even during their sale, they could not match or even come close to the prices from Classy Home.
