All one stars are true, The Classy Home has a no refund policy once you get the furniture. They sold me a defective Coaster sofa that collapsed the first day because of a cheaply made interior wood frame made of recycled or weak wood, made in China, that collapsed after we screwed the legs in, when my husband sat on it, he is of normal weight 172 lbs. and he fell off due to the collapse of the sofa and injured his back. This place is a scam. Isn't it interesting that there are multiple reviews every day. Do not buy from them. Call and ask to speak to a manager. The response you will get is the manager does not speak to customers.
I placed my order in late September and it said it would ship by October 2nd at the latest. I felt that was a little long to wait but considering the price. Then it didn't ship, and I decided to give them until the following week to have it shipped before calling to inquire about my order. It never ships so I call only to find out that the day I called was the start of a 2 day vacation for the company, which means they KNEW they were going to be closed for weeks on end and failed to fill their existing orders leaving all the... read more
They delivered the sofars, to my friends house just like i ask for. But they didnt call before deliever. They just show up.
Best prices I've found, after lots of research, in the United States for furniture. Quality is great and shipped professionally.
The furniture we purchased is excellent. However, communication is poor. We ordered the furniture on April and we were told that it would arrive mid-July. We received no communication unless I called, which I did...I got an insincere apology and said they would look into it and let me know. After a week, I called back and they said they were still waiting for some of the furniture to arrive to the ware house and they would follow up. I waited until August and had to call back AGAIN.
