I am new to this gym and have they embraced the newbie!!!! The ladies are so supportive and friendly , giving so much helpful advice!!! I feel like I have been here for years!!! In a month I have lost over 4lbs and 8 1/2 inches .. this is because of Debbie coaching me and her and Alainas workouts!!! This gym is absolutely amazing !!! Checkout the times and come on in!!!
LOVE the Classroom!!!! I have been going here for over 10 years. Deb has coached and modified her workouts for me throughout all my seasons - two pregnancies, postpartum, a hernia repair, and everything in between! She is so gifted with her ability to choreograph workouts - I’m constantly amazed by her. Alaina is the BEST spin and lifting trainer ever. I have been taking classes and training at The Classroom for over 12 years. I know when I get there I will get an amazing workout and have fun with everyone that goes there too. The knowledge that I have gained on fitness and nutrition from Deb, the owner, has helped me feel the best I can as I work my way through my fifties. The Classroom has everything I need for my fitness journey!!!
