We opened The Classic at Roanoke's doors with a desire to serve a world-class menu in a casual, relaxed setting, where we could build a community around food. Our fare has never been limited by continent or region, and Chef Charles Youts' weekly features are as likely to hail from the Pacific Rim as they are from his childhood home in West Texas. Wonderful Valentine's Day dinner. We love that every time we visit the Classic, we get to try something new and creative. It's obvious that chef takes pride in his work and that every detail is carefully thought out. Thank you again Classic for giving us a wonderful experience. PHENOMENAL! The atmosphere , food , wine and staff were so good I didn't want to leave! Met wonderful people and made a beautiful memory on Valentine's Day! Looking forward to getting back ASAP! I highly recommend this outstanding restaurant!
