Very clean hotel staff was awesome. everything was good. we will stay here again.
I can not express how wonderful my experience has been with this hotel! I reserved a room for my Mom and my Aunt who were going to Atlantic City to see Journey in concert. I was nervous not being there and worried about them having a hard time at check in...I wanted everything to be perfect for them. Jean was so accommodating and patient with me. We were alarmed by the sound of a "swat style" pounding on the door as we lay in bed to sleep for the night and security person notified us "by law" of a $400 charge to my Credit card for smoking in the room, although neither of us had. In shock of the accusation, we had attempted to clear up the issue but the attempts to have a conversation with any of the staff was met with a hostile attitude and nothing more than a response of "its hotel policy, there's nothing we can do. I really love this hotel because I had a Jacuzzi inside of the room reasonable price especially during the week and it also has a inside pool. Water was nice and warm. Number one thing I forgot to mention they have a dispensary downstairs.
The Claridge hotel was very nice when compared against the other casinos in AC. The rooms here were cheaper than the other casinos as well which is to be expected given the fact that their isn't a casino on site. The Claridge is connected to Bally's however which is convenient. It is only a short walk to the casino floor. You can continue on to Ceasars as well. The rooms at the Claridge were what you would expect.
