Was advised that there was free parking and it was $25 a day. Also advised that there was a microwave in the room and there wasnt. Unsure if I was advised of the extra charge for usage of the swimming pools and other amenities.
The elevators were not working properly so I had to go down 20 flights of stairs with all my luggage. When I tried to complain to the front desk they basically dismissed me and said it was not true.
There was an outage during my stay that the staff had failed to inform any guest about. Could not use elevators at all due to this, showered from boardwalk and could not even blow dry my hair on top of having to walk down ***************************************** the morning and were starving! Stairs entirely dirty, between pee and juice spills i do not know which was worst as this was a safety hazard for ** all.
