Lived here for 3 years and wish I could’ve stayed longer. This is the perfect location, close to everything downtown, unit was large and the rent price was fantastic. Maintenance always came within a day of me submitting a request and management was great as well. Definitely recommend for anyone interested!

Older building with newly renovated units. Property management communicates well and are quick to fix any issues. Been living here for a decade and can't recommend it enough
