Edited based on property’s feedback: Dealing with Giovanni Lucia was a nightmare. He lied and said that he contacted my employer and previous landlord and he had done neither. He denied the application for “other” reasons but refused to provide an explanation. No worries, they can explain to the state housing discrimination commission. Why would I waste my good time coming online to slander someone? No, I have receipts. It was absolutely beautiful it was my first time there, and it was amazing
Lived here for 3 years and wish I could’ve stayed longer. This is the perfect location, close to everything downtown, unit was large and the rent price was fantastic. Maintenance always came within a day of me submitting a request and management was great as well. Definitely recommend for anyone interested!
