Very good location, and the rent is reasonable. Parking is not available and street parking is safe but usually hard to find.
Just moved in, it seems nice. Great location. Well kept. No issues so far. Gio seems like a one man band, but he’s hard working, friendly, and does a good job. I like it here already.

We stayed here (an Airbnb apt) for the Ed Sheeran concert at Ford Field. It is an excellent location if you want to attend any event there or Comerica Park or the Fox Theater. It is a quiet building. However, at night, you can hear some external noise if there are sirens, etc.
