NO! Property Management is Impossible to get ahold of Writing this review as a currently frustrated renter at Clarendon Hills Apartment Homes. You will never find a kinder and more efficient maintenance staff but you do not want to rent here because of how difficult it is to get problems resolved. We for three years have battled it out to have an ant infestation resolved and it would take months for them to finally contact us and get the problem resolved. Quiet and clean. We moved to the area for Hinsdale Central HS before buying a house and we're happy with our choice! It's quiet, clean, close to everything, and the staff is very friendly. No maintenance issues so far, but they have onsite maintenance staff, which is nice. Convenient online payments/maintenance tickets. A great choice if you're looking to rent in the Clarendon Hills/Hinsdale area!

Beware and look elsewhere We lived in The Clarendon for a year and a half and had many gripes. First, the staff is ever changing and it’s hard to get ahold of anyone in the office. They route calls to a call center and you’re lucky if you ever receive a call back. Second, the laundry is only in building for a couple units, and every other unit has to walk outside, down some stairs, and through a creepy basement to get to the facilities. RecommendedI did a LOT of searching before choosing Clarendon Apartments and I can assure you that for the size of the apartment and the great location Clarendon Apartments are a true value. The friendly staff is just the cherry on top. Eden is a joy to work with and helped us throughout the process.
Great community to live in, Eden was so helpful, would highly recommend this property, location is also ideal!!
After looking at the limited options in the area to rent I can honestly say I’m lucky there was an available unit here because this community is so amazing with such friendly neighbors. Eden helped get me into the perfect place and was so helpful every step of the way making sure my move in was as easy and comfortable as possible. 👍🏼👍🏼
