They need to address issues rather than hide and not return phone calls. My uncle is a resident there and they have lost his clothes again. Do I have to replace the sheets, towels, and clothes??

RecommendedMy mom has a few issues with memory and not wanting to listen to anyone. The employees here are the most friendly, understanding, kind people I have ever met in her situation. They are very patient and kind with her. She is living the best life right now being at the Claiborne!
