I lived here for a year. I’ll start with the good - the staff on the ground is excellent. Clayton is the person who first showed me my apartment when I was moving to San Francisco. His communication, willingness to help, ability to answer any questions I had and kindness helped me make the decision to move there in the first place and none of that faded once I was a resident. I’ve lived at The Civic for over five years now, and I truly appreciate the amazing team that keeps this building running so smoothly. Everyone here, from the extraordinary front desk staff—Kheran, Rijaz and Ravi, just to name a few, to the maintenance team—is incredibly helpful, professional, and friendly. I’ve spent several wonderful years at The Civic, largely thanks to the exceptional team that makes this community such a premier place to live. The property is impeccably managed and always clean. In all my time here, I’ve never seen the grounds unkept or lost a single package. In a world where you often feel like a number, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel truly at home. They genuinely care about resident happiness. A huge thank you to Adnan, Tanya, Clayton, Rabi, Karen and Gloria for everything you do!
I’m grateful to the team at Civic for making move-in experience smooth and welcoming. Tanya and Clayton were very welcoming and helped make everything comfortable, and everyone in the office is friendly and supportive.
