Terribly managed. We terminated our lease early due to mold growing in our unit and plumbing issues that were deflected by management despite multiple attempts to have them address these issues. When they finally attempted to address these issues, which actually made the issues worse, our unit was made unlivable (open walls with exposed insulation, regular water shut offs, constant debris and building materials in our unit).

This place is a joke ever since new management came. We've been living here almost my whole life which is almost 21 years and management is so sloppy and unprofessional. They treat my family and I like trash and racially profile us specifically. All they care about is money and they don’t care to the tenants. They won't get back to you about plumbing issues or mold concerns for days too. No customer service skills what so ever from these individuals such a shame. We booked an appointment to see a unit with Nadia who was pretty unresponsive from the beginning - when we arrived at our appointment and called she said the unit was already taken. We said it was understandable in this market but would have appreciated a heads up since we had scheduled our day around this showing - Nadia got defensive and just said she was very busy. Not even an apology. We're all busy, Nadia. Please work on your customer service.
