Anytime I have ever worked with a realtor they have given us courtesy and honesty on offers. We made an offer on a house that hadn’t had an offer in 56 days they countered and we countered back with a very fair offer for a house over 100 years old with zero updates. The same day, they miraculously received an offer and went under contract with another buyer. Sounds to me like they made some calls to some friends after our offer was put in and I wouldn’t recommend working with people like that. To me this screams shady and in... read more
