We had Chef Cathy cater a surprise 70th birthday party for my mother. We'd had the pleasure of enjoying her food at prior events, but this was our first time personally hiring her. I have had not only opportunity to work closely with her on events but have had the grandious opportunity to taste her delightful culinary creations, with a wide range of talents and flavors in every category. Cathy has been cooking my weekly evening meals for me for over six months. Her food is delicious and portions are generous. I am trying to eat healthier and she uses all fresh ingredients. She will prepare anything you request and will prepare it anyway that you request. This service has been a blessing to me.
