I tried to leave a review before after a TBI and a handful of strokes. I tried to get a ride there, and my wife made the mistake of taking me to the wrong place, and I was 13 minutes late. The receptionist was rude and didn't even try to reach my doctor since the lobby was empty, and this was a brief visit anyway. She was unsympathetic to my situation and I have canceled all my furure appointments and found a newer primary. My family has also started looking for new care Thanks
You cannot find a better doctor ,I have been with her for years and I wouldn't want anyone else treating me but Dr. Maria Burton ,her assistant Susan is fantastic, the ladies at the front desk has always been friendly
Dr. Wallace and her medical assistant, Julie, are so nice! If you need a primary care provider, I highly recommend her! I've heard good things about other doctors in this practice too.
My 12 yr old son and myself have been seeing Jennifer Meyer for many years now. We even moved over an hr away from the office for 2 years and I still kept Jen as my family doctor. She is so warm, caring and understanding that going into the office is like visiting a friend. She's very knowledgeable and I trust her judgments. She is ALWAYS on time and I never have to spend more than 5 min in the waiting room. This is probably due to her assistant who is also incredible. I absolutely LOVE Dr. Sullivan but in the year that I have been seeing her, I have not had one single pleasant experience with ANYONE ELSE in this office. The staff is rude and speaks down to me like they are better than me in some way. Mind you, I work in the healthcare field, and this is unacceptable. I get that it is a hard job, but they have completely ruined my desire to see anyone at this office. Dr. Sullivan has been the first MD that I have liked and trusted my entire adult life.
