Jeannette was on top of everything. She made herself available at a moments notice and helped us tour homes virtually while we were out of state. If he does not know the answer to your question, he is one to go above and beyond to get the answer for you. He provides great service. The process of selling a home and buying did not seem easy, but with Derek and his team they tried to make it a smooth sail. They have succeeded. Our family thanks Derek.
This was the first time I had sold a home and Derek could not have been more helpful! Derek is one of the best agents I ever dealt with. His team is top-notch and I will recommend to all my friends and family. My home was on the market for one weekend and sold . We had over 30 people come and see home. We got over six offers that weekend.
The Chris and Caleb Team did a great job helping me find a home in Phoenixville, PA. Due to COVID-19, Phoenixville Borough shut down, which caused some problems with the sale. However, the Chris and Caleb Team were extremely helpful throughout the whole process, which made the whole ordeal a lot less stressful.
