I went into chopped leaf as I was craving a wrap of there’s - when I walked in the grill was disgusting super dirty - they scraped it for the girls ahead of me - it needs a good wash - I voiced it needs a good clean as someone is going to get ill - staffed looked at me as if I was stupid - walked out and went to edo instead you lost my business tonight for sure
Your points system really sucks I could log in and when on the site all it would let me do is order. Even your staff couldn’t figure it out. Not a good way to keep customers timing back. I have eaten here for years and that has really put me off
I had high hopes for my visit to Choppe Delaf, but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, the atmosphere seemed promising, but that’s where the positives ended. well the service was far below par. The staff was unresponsive and inattentive; it took over 20 minutes for someone to take our order, and the food arrived cold. Staff were incredibly rude, did not acknowledge me. Order was prepared, no notification. Very rude when I asked.
