I recently visited The Chopped Leaf and had a great experience. The food was fresh, healthy, and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. It’s a perfect place for a light and nutritious meal. Highly recommended!
I ordered pick up from the Windermere Chopped Leaf as I had done many times only to realize upon arrival that it had permanently closed. My order was automatically sent to Heritage Valley as it is the closest location. I called and shared my issue and was met with tremendous kindness and courtesy. My order was sent with a driver to my house, and was still fresh and delicious.
I’m kind of annoyed, I went to chopped leaf for a salad, and I ordered it without bacon bits or croutons (since I’m watching calories) and the workers straight up made fun of me and laughed so I said “hey man I’m watching my calories don’t laugh at me” and then when I got my salad it was so drenched in dressing that it was almost not edible. I got the Santa Fe salad with falafel and it was really nice and healthy.
Had a horrible experience at around 6 pm at the restaurant. Came for pick up and server was new, never seen her before. She was really slow and could not keep up with the orders. Wait time was over 20 minutes. She told me will take 15 minutes so I left and came back . Asked for a definite time on return, and she was extremely rude and ordered me to cancel the order.
