Everything went well....nice receptionist, doctors n nurses.. Never will i go to st.Christopher hosp again
Best experience. I already recommended this facility to family and friends. Couldn't be more appreciative of all of the ladies on staff.
My 4 month old had a rash on her neck, head & arms that was spreading more ever day . I took her to her primary care 3 times and my dermatologist all kept prescribing her the same creams , ointments , and powders all of which were not working. I kept telling them it was getting worse . I finally heard about CHOP Urgent care and decided to get another opinion. They came to a different conclusion than the other 4 doctors and prescribed her new creams and expedited her for a dermatologist . Overnight with once use of the creams... read more
Phyllis who (wo)manned the desk early Tuesday morning is wonderful - calming and welcoming and competent and sweet.
Everyone was very friendly. The nurse an Dr answered my questions to my full satisfaction. I was understanding the situation a whole lot more after our visit. They explained so much than A I Dupont did to us times we took him there. I would so much rather come here.
Everyone we came in contact with was just amazing. Made everyone feel comfortable and at home.
I would like to say a big "Thank You!" to the doctor and staff at CHOP Urgent Care. Everyone from the security officer to the intake staff was kind and patient - no pun intended. The nurses were sweet to my little girl and very gentle. The doctor took the time to thoroughly review her chart to make an informed decision about how to proceed with her treatment. All this, on July 4th afternoon. Yes, we had to wait, but it was worth being seen by these wonderful professionals who sacrificed their own home and family time to help... read more
