This used to be our favorite place but after today we won't ever be back to the Rice Village location. We waited 15 minutes and then the young lady at the register turns around, sees us, laughs to the other two female employees and still never helped us. We watched several people walk in, go to the ice cream side and get helped before us. From now on we will go back to the other location which has always had great customer service.
Love love love ❤️ my chocolate 🍫 desire was fulfilled. My little bun in the oven must have enjoyed it as well. He had a few extra kicks for me.
What is not to love?...huge cakes, huge variety in selections. Even things for your pets. Good coffee and ice cream selections. It is just a wonderful place to leave your troubles behind and enjoy the sweet aromatherapy of chocolates.
We came back for a second time in as many days to take the cousins between trips to the museums. The staff is friendly & helpful & you can't go wrong with any of your chocolate choices! My favorite is the chocolate tres leches cake; but be prepared to share. Portions are HUGE!
There is a heaven on earth!!!!!! If u have even a small liking for chocolate or cakes and sweets, this is the place to go. The young people behind the counter were all really nice.
