Horrible service will not accommodate one lady just stays stationed at the front desk which is lazy to me because she can be an assistant to the only girl there that does everything running around while the queen at the front desk stays stationed I’m a business owner and this service is ridiculous you just lost $400 a month from me never again.

Started Physical Therapy for my neck pain and back pain about 2 months ago with Dr Nate and his staff and I can't even begin to tell you how much better I am feeling. I have some more PT left & a few adjustment visits but I'm feeling great no tightness or pain in my neck or shoulders. Dr Nate is the best along with his wonderful staff! If you are suffering from neck pain , back pain, headaches I recommend Genesis Intergrative Medicine.
