I've been a dance instructor for 20 years. Dancing is fun but over time also causes pain literally from feet to shoulders. I am recovering from a broken wrist and forearm due to a slip and fall. Most of my mobility has been improving with physiotherapy but I was not making any progress in improving my wrist mobility which is essential for my work. Dr Astri, using Active Release therapy, was able to significantly increase my wrist mobility after my first treatment. I'm very pleased with the care I'm receiving at the Chiropractic Clinic.

I had an elbow injury that had bothered me for months without relief after seeing a few physios I was recommended to Chris. His approach has helped significantly! He's listened well and worked with me to get back to almost full use in a short time.
