RecommendedI have lived in this community over a year. I really enjoy living in the mountain side! Great Views, Pool and Gym facilities are really nice to spend time in. I can say this place is one of a kind. Great staff members,always friendly,Laura has put up a great team!! Best place to live in West El Paso!!
A wonderful apartment complex! I lived there for three years and the customer service from both the leasing office and maintenance staff was excellent. Very nice and homey apartments, peaceful and safe complex. I couldn't have been happier! Thank you !

I have lived at the Chimney Apartments for about 2 years now. I truly have enjoyed living here. The view of the mountains is grand,and there is wildlife all around you,I have seen deer,owls,lizards,humming birds,woodpeckers, and several other types of birds. I have met some incredible residents here.The office staff is friendly and helpful.The pool is gorgeous, and the grounds are well maintained here. By far,it is the best apartment complex, I have ever had the pleasure of living in.
Mold Issues, things never fixed in timely manner, discrimination after and bringing letter for my pet, always get bothered when you need things fixed, maintenance does crap fixer jobs.... amongst many other things.... I left boxes in storage to help people they said it was full full of trash... wow brand new at that.... umm broke one blind that easily is replaced told it needed to be fully replaced.... broke it by accident on day of move one blind.... blood sucking leashes. someone in there facility stabbed my dog while they... read more

Great place! I've lived here for 2.5 years and couldn't be happier. The views are spectacular, the pool is extremely relaxing, the gym is top-notch (and open 24/7), the office staff are very professional and helpful, and maintenance is fast and efficient! The few issues I've had were resolved and handled within 24 hours of notifying them. The area is very safe and an excellent escape I call home :)
