I was in town visiting a local friend and she took me to her favorite restaurant...the Chile Pod. I had the Mac & Cheese flight and it was amazing! Three slightly different takes on my favorite comfort food. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal and the service was outstanding.
Outstanding food, really enjoyed the Carne Adovada Chimichanga and Indian Tacos. Service is rather rough, but food is so excellent.
4 words: Red Chile au jus! Such yummy food, what a great find in Farmington.
Delicious carne adovada dinner here tonight. Gluten free options don’t include chips (no dedicated fryer) but they heated my blue corn tortillas in a separate pan. Very helpful and friendly server guided me through my menu options. Exceptional salsa which he brought me in a separate dish to avoid cross contact with the salsa being used at our table for chips. I used it on my beans instead. Yum!!
