The two employees that were there were sitting on top of the counters on their phones. The store was dirty and the bathroom disgusting! It smelled like pee and gave me anxiety being in there. One of the employees was even on her cell talking on speaker phone with a friend. There's a Pic of the nasty sink. I should have taken more.
Went to take my watch to get a link taken out today at Macy’s and they said i cannot get the link removed on the weekends... so i called Eastview and the sales associate said they remove links on the weekend and it would be no issue having it removed today.... Greece was not busy at all either , the lady was just being lazy . Waste of gas to drive to Greece . Won’t be going there anymore
most of the year the employees are tolerable almost pleasant, but during the holidays the are downright rude, condesending, and hateful people you will encounter.

I was there in the middle of the day on a weekday eating lunch in the food court with my son when a fight broke out a few tables away. Such a shame. As if the fights aren’t bad enough, many of the stores have closed. Sears is closed now. NY & Co. closed. The Gap is closed. It leaves me wondering if this mall is still a mall. I don’t go there anymore. We drive from Hilton to Victor now.
Terrible customer service ! I placed an order on Tuesday evening, and the price dropped on Wednesday morning. I requested a price match and they refused because they say they only do it on fully priced items. I requested an order cancellation and they say they cannot do it ! They really count of me being lazy but too bad - they really got me super upset so I'm going to return the items in store and place another order... NOT ! They lost me as a client.
