⚠️ Beware! I was sold defective shorts (missing a button) and when I tried to return them WITH a receipt, the associate (Brandon) insulted me -told me I was “making a fool out of myself” and the manager (Monica) condoned the behavior and even made up a policy that isn’t listed anywhere in the store. The manager refused to honor their own 45-day return policy. Corporate only offered store credit, but that doesn’t excuse the disrespect. Customers deserve better!

I had a disappointing experience today at The Children’s Place. While waiting in line to check out, I saw a woman in front of me ask the cashier (a Black woman) if someone could help her find a specific pair of pants in another size. The cashier kindly asked a white male employee who was folding clothes to check in the back, and he did. He returned shortly after with the correct size for her.
