Connie at the Lake June Dallas Texas Location is the best. I never have a good experience at this store, but today Connie was amazing. She made me feel seen as a customer and made sure I found what I needed.
I haven't been back to this location after experiencing an older customer losing her mind over a pair of shorts that were missing a button. She held up the line for nearly ten minutes while degrading the staff because they couldn't accept the damaged product due to their policy. I have so much respect for the gentleman (Brandon) who stood up to the rude customer, and tried to deescalate the situation. ⚠️ Beware! I was sold defective shorts (missing a button) and when I tried to return them WITH a receipt, the associate (Brandon) insulted me -told me I was “making a fool out of myself” and the manager (Monica) condoned the behavior and even made up a policy that isn’t listed anywhere in the store. The manager refused to honor their own 45-day return policy. Corporate only offered store credit, but that doesn’t excuse the disrespect. Customers deserve better!
