Worst customer service on the planet! Maybe if the people answering the phones actually spoke English as a first language there wouldn’t be such an issue for things that are basic customer service skills. I ordered a dress , it was too big , none of the stores by me had the size I needed. Called customer service to reorder and they wouldn’t price adjust it to what I paid .shouldve been an even exchange it was the same dress just a different size. Recommendedbefore school started i ordered 5 boys shorts and 5 boys pants size 8. school started and we were wearing shorts and one day tried to put pants on they were so big and long. tried to return the rest of the pants and get size 7 store was out of that size and since i didn't have my receipt i couldn't get store credit. i kept on calling back and forth than one day i went back i found my receipt. unfortunately i was passed the time that i am able to return merchandise. Low quality people at this mall. To say there is a bad crowd would be putting it lightly. Had an experience where I was being threatened by someone in the food court and there was no security in sight. I will not be going back and I recommend no one else does.

Tried to open the door at 5:55pm on Sunday, September 29th and the doors were locked! Two female employees stood at the counter and ignored our knocks to get in. Frustrating!
